CANCELLATION POLICY
No Shows: There will be a zero tolerance for no-shows. The card on file will be charged in full. Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made with less than a 24-hour notice, 50% of your total service will be charged to the card on file. Late Appointments: The Esthetics Studio has a 15-minute grace period. if you arrive after 15 minutes of your schedule appointment time, you will pay for the full service, even if you do not receive your full-time due to tardiness. If I cannot perform with the remaining time, you will need to reschedule with a $10 late fee. Deposits: A 50% deposit of the service will be required after 1 no show. The door to the studio will remain locked at all times and during all services for security purposes as Kaia is the only employee, if you arrive early and the door is locked please wait on the porch.
