Cancellation Policy

No Shows: There will be a zero tolerance for no-shows. The card on file will be charged in full. Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made with less than a 24-hour notice, 50% of your total service will be charged to the card on file. Late Appointments: The Esthetics Studio has a 15-minute grace period. if you arrive after 10 minutes of your schedule appointment time, you will pay for the full service, even if you do not receive your full-time due to tardiness. If I cannot perform with the remaining time, you will need to reschedule with a $10 late fee. Deposits: A 50% deposit of the service will be required after 1 no show. Credit Cards: Credit cards will be charged a 3% fee for processing.
